Kyle B. is a seasoned financial services executive with over 20 years of experience across commercial, corporate, and private banking. He has held leadership roles at First Republic Bank, JP Morgan, and Bank of America, helping businesses scale through strategic credit structuring, treasury optimization, and partnership development.
ROBERT HUGHES
Co-Founder
Robert Hughes has spent over a decade working with high-growth companies across the country. At First Republic Bank, he helped build the Startup Banking practice, supporting thousands of startups and hundreds of VC firms, accelerators, and ecosystem partners. At Koo Capital, Robert brings a passion for connecting founders with the right resources at every stage of growth.
KYLE GROSS
Co-Founder
Kyle “KG” is an entrepreneurial operator with a background in startups, media, and enterprise software. He spent 5+ years at First Republic and Citizens Private Bank supporting PE/VC firms on capital strategy, fund banking, and portfolio support. His work ultimately led him to the intersection of private credit and company building — the foundation of what Koo Capital is today.
